Normal Airflow Range

Fan Performance Test methods by hand:

1) Fix the nozzles quantity and throat diameter against the max possible airflow of tested fan;
2) Close nozzles caps and the wind door, start the tested fan and gain the max static pressure at shut-off status;
3) Open the certain nozzles and adjust the wind door from small to big, step by step, manwhile record 8 - 12 operation points;
4) start the auxillary fan when the wind door is 100% open, adjust the auxillary fan until the static pressure goes down to zero, where the max airflow at free delivery would be gained;
5) close all power supplier and fans.
